Join us for a full night of live music, sharp style and mod revival energy as Secret Affair take over the Blakehay this Halloween.

Before the band hits the stage, a live DJ will be playing The Jam, The Who, Small Faces, Northern Soul, ska, power pop and mod revival favourites.

We’ll also have themed cocktails including Time for Action, Soho Dreams, Behind Closed Doors and The Glory Boy, plus a suitably stylish photo spot for the night.

The dress theme is Glory Boys and Girls — think parkas, sharp suits, monochrome, Fred Perry, vintage dresses and a Halloween twist. Dressing up is completely optional, but there’ll be a prize for the best-dressed guest, judged before the show.

Formed from the ashes of power pop band New Hearts, Secret Affair built their reputation through sell-out shows at the Bridge House in Canning Town and a high-profile support slot on The Jam’s 1979 tour.

They went on to achieve five Top 40 singles, including Time for Action, Let Your Heart Dance, My World, Do You Know? and Sound of Confusion, alongside three acclaimed albums: Glory Boys, Behind Closed Doors and Business As Usual.

After reforming by popular demand, Secret Affair released the album Soho Dreams and a limited-edition cover of Frank Wilson’s Northern Soul classic Do I Love You (Indeed I Do).

This is more than a gig. It’s a proper Halloween night out with brilliant music, sharp clothes, themed cocktails and plenty of mod revival energy. And if you want to park your scooter out the front, that would be fab!
